Well there completes another successful deployment. 15 months of non stop work is now behind me and I have some free time. Playing with my daughter (who knew building blocks were so much fun!) and enjoying the wind, rain, dirt and grass!
I have my new camera and it freaking rocks!!!! I'm just waiting on the battery to charge up so I can start using it. I've talked with a few people who have the same or similar camera and they tell me that it will make me happy with it's performance.
My 30 days of leave starts at the end of the month, taking a road trip home, 2 weeks there and then coming back here for a bit of rest.
